We operate four gated communities, each a welcoming neighborhood with people from all over the world. All four communities have their own style, with a unique appearance, character and amenities.
Dhahran
Dhahran, our worldwide headquarters, has our largest housing development. The community features one of the Middle East’s most challenging golf courses along with fully equipped recreational facilities. Favorite activities there include horseback riding, hiking and biking, soccer, and rugby.
Ras Tanura
Ras Tanura is a beachside community on the Arabian Gulf featuring a golf course with stunning gulf views. Other activities include horseback riding, walking paths, a children's park, splash pads, a surf house, and a residents-only private beach.
Abqaiq
Known as the "friendly city," Abqaiq offers a large recreation complex, swimming and fitness facilities, baseball and soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, horseback riding, and an 18-hole grassless golf course with a welcoming clubhouse.
Udhailiyah
Udhailiyah offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities, from horseback riding, swimming, bowling, and other sports to an 18-hole grassless golf course and a supervised youth center.
